Defective Products

1. Wall Decor products that are determined to be defective before hanging will be accepted back for full credit, including shipping charges. Credit will be issued upon the receipt and inspection of the products by Net City Shops.
2. Wall Decor products claimed to be defective due to installation errors will not be accepted back.

Returns on Non-Defective Products

All items come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not pleased with your purchase we will exchange it or refund your money, provided the following:

1. Wall Decor products that are received back with tears, marks, crushed edges etc. or any indication of wear will void any issuance of credit. No exceptions will be made. Any claims for damage caused by the return shipper will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. You call us at 877/367-4253 within 30 days of purchase for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
3. Outside of carton must be clearly marked with RA number. Returns shipped without RA number will be refused.
4. You must return all included parts.
   
5. You return the product in its original package.
   
6. The product must be in resaleable condition. No exceptions will be made.
7. There will be a 20% re-stocking / re-packaging (except on defective or incorrectly shipped items).
8. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable including those on special free shipping offers.
   Shippings costs to return the item are your responsibility.

• Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
• Notice: Computer monitors can't show all colors and no two monitors are going to show the same picture in the same way. No matter how carefully we select our pictures we cannot guarantee how they will appear on your monitor. The best way to make decorating decisions is to select the Wall Decor product you like and then choose the colors to decorate with, after the product is up.

Made-to-Order Items

Cancellation policy: Any cancellation of a Made-to-Order product must be received at netCityShops by the end of the next business day after the order has been placed.
