Holiday Returns Policy conditions

We have extended our standard 30 day return policy for the holidays. Items ordered as gifts that ship before January 1, 2012 may be returned for a refund until 4:00 pm central time on January 31, 2012. If you are returning an item within the timeline of our Holiday Return Policy, please be sure to follow the same procedures as our standard returns policy (listed below).

Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.

Returns policy and procedures:

Oops! Did you decide to take the room in a completely different direction? Do you no longer need the item you purchased? As a part of our loyalty to you, Wall Décor Shops is happy to offer a hassle-free returns policy. No matter what the reason, we are happy to assist you with your return.

You must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package
Items must be unused, undamaged, and we must still be able to sell them
We can not accept non-defective items that have been damaged
Be sure to send your item(s) back within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
Adequately package, insure, and track your return
We charge a 20% fee to cover the costs of re-stocking, re-packaging, and credit-card transaction fees
Shipping costs to you are non-refundable, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund items that do not meet the above conditions.

Returns policy for Defective Products:

If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or is different than the item you ordered, please contact customer service (1-877-589-9107) immediately so we may promptly resolve the issue for you.

Wall Decor products that are determined to be defective before hanging will be accepted back for full credit or replacement, and we will gladly cover the shipping costs
If the wrong item was shipped to you, we will promptly replace it with the correct one
Products claimed to defective due to installation errors will not be accepted

Please carefully examine your order for color, design, or other imperfections before installing. Discoloration due to wall defects, color changes, and improper installation are not covered by the warranty.

Notice: Computer monitors can’t show all colors and no two monitors are going to show the same picture in the same way. We select our pictures very carefully, but we can’t guarantee how they will appear on your specific monitor.

Made-to-Order Items:

Any cancellation of Made-to-Order products must be received at Wall Décor Shops by the end of the next business day after the order has been placed.
