Please keep in mind that the product being returned must be in new, unused condition and in it’s original packaging. Return authorizations must be requested by calling 1-877-367-4253. Return items must be dropped off at an authorized UPS drop off point. Our standard return policies, for each individual website, will apply.

Shipments to locations outside the 'lower 48 states' are not eligible for this progrm.
Websites owned and managed by Net City Shops, other than those listed above, will not qualify for this program. Only one return per order will be allowed. Defective merchandise will be accepted back at the expense of Net City Shops regardless of the Customer Return Insurance Program participation status.
